Bandido Announced for PWG Battle of Los Angeles 2022

Bandido

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla’s BOLA is an all-star game for some of the best independent wrestlers in the world.  No all-star game would be complete without PWG World Champion Bandido.  Bandido is the eighth man announced for the tournament which is proving to be one of the most stacked lineups in years thanks to a freshened-up independent scene that is booming with ex-WWE talent and young guns out to make their mark.

Bandido Enters Battle of Los Angeles 2022

Confirmed Entrants

Bandido is a well-known name to professional wrestling fans at this stage. The current PWG and ROH(?) World Champion has been lighting up the pro wrestling world with his performances for some time now. Even in his native Mexico he has risen through the ranks and was in the main event of AAA’s Triplemania Regia event as he fought for the AAA Mega Championship.

In PWG, Bandido has almost been an ace-like figure for the company as he anchored their main event picture during some of their lower points and is now their fighting champion taking on all comers in a post-WWE releases independent scene.  Bandido actually won the last installment of BOLA in 2019, a tournament win that lead directly into his title win, if he were to win the 2022 tournament he would become the first-ever back-to-back BOLA winner and only the second-ever two-time winner alongside Ricochet.
