3 – Survivor Series 2007
The two world championship matches at Survivor Series 2007 were the main attraction on the card, and both matches were hard-hitting affairs. The curtain-raiser featured CM Punk retaining the ECW Championship against John Morrison and The Miz in a triple threat match, which was historic as it was the first and only time that the ECW Championship was defended at Survivor Series.
The sole traditional Survivor Series elimination match saw Triple H’s team defeat Umaga’s side, despite the Cerebral Assassin’s team being at a disadvantage due to the handicap four-on-five format. Unsurprisingly, the world title matches were off the charts with Randy Orton besting Shawn Michaels to retain the WWE Championship.
Batista defeated The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match that knocked it out of the park with Edge disguised as a cameraman unveiling himself with the Ultimate Opportunist attacking Undertaker, leading to the Animal retaining the World Heavyweight Championship.
