The Latest on the Possible Transfer of Dutch Midfielder to Manchester United
Manchester United’s pursuit of De Jong has been a seemingly never-ending saga, but the Red Devils have received a boost with reports suggesting FC Barcelona will tell the Dutch International he has to leave, despite Joan Laporta’s public statements which suggest that he believes the midfielder will remain at the Camp Nou.
Following on from the signings of Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Jules Kounde, Franck Kessie, and Andreas Christensen, it seems the La Liga side have to facilitate the departure of De Jong to register their new signings for the coming season.
