The Candidates

The biggest name on the list is Mauro Icardi. Currently playing for Paris Saint-Germain, Icardi has plenty of Serie A experience with Inter Milan. While at Inter, he constantly found himself amongst the top scorers in Italy. His status remains up in the air due to a possible Kylian Mbappe departure from PSG. Icardi fits any “win-now” motives for Juventus. Massimiliano Allegri is back, and ready to take Juventus back to the top of Serie A. Finding a veteran striker looks to be wise.

Kean is an Italian starlet. His potential is high and he looked ready to break through at PSG last season. Now back at Everton, Juventus are keeping their tabs on him. Kean actually is a former Juventus player, so it makes sense for Allegri to possibly want him back after Kean enjoyed decent seasons abroad. At only 21-years-old, Kean can very well be a future star but also has the ability to perform well right now.

Raspadori and Scamacca are profiles of the future. Raspadori is actually currently breaking through for Sassuolo, and looks to be next in line as a constant call-up for the Italian National Team. He’s both a tricky and intelligent striker, and is also able to contribute immediatly. Scamacca needs more work, as the 22-year-old scored eight goals last season for Genoa.

Juventus need to revamp their attack as soon as possible with Ronaldo gone. Their feature goal scorers are now just Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata. They have a collection of wingers in Federico Chiesa, Federico Bernardeschi, and Dejan Kulusevski. The depth is there, but they’re truly lacking another consistent threat.
