NXT Results and Review (4/7/26) – the Fallout from Stand and Deliver

The April 7, 2026, edition of WWE NXT was held in the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL. NXT Stand and Deliver is now behind us. Tony D’Angelo and Lola Vice are our new NXT Champions. Some main-roster call-ups are to be expected in the coming weeks. Until NXT Battleground, which should be the next PLE, a lot of things can and will happen.

Three matches were advertised for this NXT episode. Elio LeFleur tore his labrum and had to relinquish the Speed title. A Men’s Speed Tournament begins to crown a new Champ. Keanu Carver, Jasper Troy, and Josh Briggs will face off. DarkState will be there. The new NXT Women’s Champion, Lola Vice, will celebrate her win. Izzi Dame will compete against Sol Ruca.

A few hours before the show, we learnt Blake Monroe and Jackson Drake are going to face Shiloh Hill and the NXT Women’s North American Champion Tatum Paxley. Ricky Saints and Ethan Page announced they will show up, like the new NXT Champion, Tony D’Angelo. Because TNA Wrestling could be involved, let’s Nygma-dive into what happened last night.

About Steph Franchomme

Steph, for Stephanie, is not only eNYGMAtic, charismatic, but also “très chic.” Living in France, her birth country, she broke the language barrier to become a respected writer and interviewer on many wrestling promotions. She has developed a very special bond with TNA Wrestling over time to the point of becoming an Authority on the company. The French Nygma, as she loves to call herself, has been a wrestling writer and editor for nearly a decade for SteelChair Magazine/Wrestling SC, TWM and Distortion Media. She has interviewed hundreds of wrestlers from WWE, MLW, TNA, NXT, AEW, and many more promotions. The Nygma is now the new “Authority” on TNA Wrestling and NXT for Last Word on Pro Wrestling. The writer/editor also runs @3WWrestling, her own platform.
