NXT Results and Review (4/7/26) – the Fallout from Stand and Deliver

Nygma Says

At first, I thought the WWE Creative had zero ideas on what to do after NXT Stand and Deliver. It wasn’t until Robert Stone announced the NXT Revenge event. If NXT Stand and Deliver was the “first round,” NXT Revenge will be the “second round.” And it will probably be the last for the called-up talents to the main roster.

The episode was neither good nor bad, as it was the fallout from the PLE. We took almost the same, and we started again. It’s good to see new talents appear, like Chazz Hall and Dorian Van Dux, a Belgian pal. Keanu Carver is impressive and definitely has the potential to become NXT Champion one day.

Well, this new era of NXT is as exciting as it can be surprising. I’ll see you next week as I keep on exploring the NXT world through the NXTNA “cold war.” Till then, may the Nygma be with you.

NXT Results (4/7/26)

  • Izzi Dame (w/Niko Vance & Shawn Spears) defeated Sol Ruca
  • Keanu Carver defeated Jasper Troy and Josh Briggs
  • Ethan Page, Joe Hendry, Ricky Saints & NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo defeated DarkState (Cutler James, Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin & Saquon Shugars)
  • WWE Speed Title Tournament First Round Match: Lexis King defeated Chazz Hall
  • Blake Monroe & Jackson Drake defeated Shiloh Hill & Tatum Paxley

About Steph Franchomme

Steph, for Stephanie, is not only eNYGMAtic, charismatic, but also “très chic.” Living in France, her birth country, she broke the language barrier to become a respected writer and interviewer on many wrestling promotions. She has developed a very special bond with TNA Wrestling over time to the point of becoming an Authority on the company. The French Nygma, as she loves to call herself, has been a wrestling writer and editor for nearly a decade for SteelChair Magazine/Wrestling SC, TWM and Distortion Media. She has interviewed hundreds of wrestlers from WWE, MLW, TNA, NXT, AEW, and many more promotions. The Nygma is now the new “Authority” on TNA Wrestling and NXT for Last Word on Pro Wrestling. The writer/editor also runs @3WWrestling, her own platform.
