NXT Results and Review (3/10/26) – The Fallout from NXT Vengeance Day

The unexpected duo

Before the match, Ricky Saints tried to understand what happened at NXT Vengeance Day when Ethan Page sent the belt to Hendry, not him. They were confident that they would defeat Myles Borne and Joe Hendry.

The makeshift team of NXT Champion Joe Hendry and NXT North American Champion Myles Borne fell to Ricky Saints and Ethan Page in tag team action. Saints and Page struggled to stay on the same wavelength, allowing Borne and Hendry to take the early advantage.

The ever-opportunistic Page saw his opening and tagged himself in, frustrating Ricky Saints, who distracted the official, allowing Page to hit Hendry with a Twisted Grin onto the title to secure the victory.

Meanwhile, backstage…

  • Tatum Paxley found a friend in Shiloh Hill. He removed all the wheels of the Culling’s car. Because he gave his tools to Robert Stone, the Culling thought Stone prevented them from leaving the PC.
  • Lola Vice told Sol Ruca she will be her opponent at NXT Stand & Deliver if Ruca becomes the NXT Women’s Champion next week.
  • NXT Interim General Manager told the Vanity Project that a tournament will determine their opponents for the NXT Tag Team title at NXT Stand & Deliver.
  • Blake Monroe was feeling great after NXT Vengeance Day. “I am the conversation.” Tatum Paxley asked her if she had seen Izzi Dame. Monroe’s eyes shone like diamonds after seeing the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
  • NXT in Houston will be Booker T Appreciation Night.
  • Tatum Paxley finally found Izzi Dame. The rematch will happen next week in Houston in a Steel Cage.

Nygma Says

WWE asks: “Could two friends be going after the same title?” The answer is no. Ethan Page wants the NXT Championship, like Ricky Saints, like Tony D’Angelo. It was a good Fallout episode, with a lot of build-up, instead of too many Vengeance Day consequences. Joe Hendry now has a lot of targets in the back, but he is not the only one. Jacy Jayne, the Vanity Project, Elio LeFleur, Fallon Henley, Tatum Paxley: all the titleholders are in danger.

With NXT in Houston next week, then in Atlanta on March 24, followed by NXT Roadblock at the MSG in NYC on March 31, the road to NXT Stand and Deliver is huge. Well, this new era of NXT is as exciting as it can be surprising. I’ll see you next week as I keep on exploring the NXT world through the NXTNA “cold war.” Till then, may the Nygma be with you.
