11. The Miz
The Miz should’ve dropped the WWE Championship to John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania 27, but that didn’t materialize. Cena’s next opportunity at the gold was in a triple threat steel cage match at Extreme Rules 2011. Miz’s former tag team partner, John Morrison, was also involved in the proceedings.
The triple threat match was competitive, and there was some good action in the match. Ultimately, the result was never in doubt with Cena bringing the curtain down on Miz’s 161-day WWE Championship reign.
