Preview: NXT UK (11/11/21) – NXT UK Tag Teams Collide

NXT UK Tag Teams

NXT UK tag teams will collide in a massive four corner match to determine the next challengers to the NXT UK Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly on this week’s NXT UK. We will also see a dream match between two of the best workers on the roster.

The show will air on Peacock and the WWE Network at 3PM ET/ 8PM GMT. Fans in the UK can catch the show a day later on BT Sports. Read our preview for everything you need to know going into NXT UK.

Announced Card (10/11/21)

  • NXT UK Tag Team Championship No.1 Contender match: Moustache Mountain vs. Symbiosis vs. Jack Starz & Dave Mastiff vs. Ashton Smith & Oliver Carter
  • Nathan Frazer vs. Mark Andrews

Battle Of The Nice Guys

Nathan Frazer is a very good wrestler. He also seems like a nice guy.

Maybe it’s because he grew up on the idyllic island of Jersey with easy access to the greatest milk in the world. When he isn’t happily reflecting on his youth drinking Channel Island milk, Frazer loves to watch Mark Andrews’ wrestling matches.

Mark Andrews walked in on Frazer doing this last week. This could have been an awkward moment but Andrews is also extremely nice. The affable Welshman offered to have a match with Frazer. Andrews is also a very good wrestler. So, this is either ‘The Battle of the Two Nice Guys’, or ‘The Showdown Between Two Very Good Wrestlers’.

NXT UK Tag Teams Collide

Tyler Bate has insisted he holds no ill will towards his partner Trent Seven for his role in throwing in the towel and costing him his Heritage Cup Championship. Bate can clearly see that NXT UK Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly were to blame. Seven negotiated his team into this four corner tag match to decide the No.1 Contender for the NXT UK Tag Team titles.

Joining Moustache Mountain, will be the three teams that were originally planned to fight for the opportunity. Eddie Dennis’ Symbiosis, Ashton Smith & Oliver Carter and Jack Starz & Dave Mastiff.

Interestingly, Pretty Deadly have defeated all four teams over the past 12 months. But then it’s been more than 365 days since Pretty Deadly lost a match.

What Else?

Well, we are sure to get one more – unannounced – match. It is likely to involve the women’s division. There’s been a few confrontations between women that will surely lead to a match at some point.

Stevie Turner and Dani Luna created some beef last week. Nina Samuels was shunned when trying to interview Aleah James. Blair Davenport had a staredown with Amale. You’d imagine one of these three potential scores will be settled on the show.
