X-Division Championship: Josh Alexander (c) vs. Black Taurus

Josh Alexander retained his X-Division Championship in an Ultimate-X match at SlammiversaryHe was eager to defend his title again and be a fighting champion. Scott D’Amore granted the request on the latest edition of IMPACT on AXS TV, when he informed Alexander that he would defend the title against Black Taurus. Decay has the opportunity to win the Homecoming tournament, and bring the X-Division title back to the group. Josh Alexander will do everything he can to prevent that.

Eddie Edwards vs. W. Morrissey

Eddie Edwards and W. Morrissey are not done with each other yet. The feud ignited when Morrissey attacked Satoshi Kojima before his scheduled match against Edwards. The two squared off at Slammiversary where Edwards earned the win. This didn’t sit well with Morrissey and lead to a parking lot brawl between the two on IMPACT. The two will now settle their differences in a hardcore match at Homecoming.

IMPACT Wrestling – Homecoming Mixed Tag Tournament

A mixed tag team tournament will be the focal point of the 2021 edition of IMPACT Wrestling Homecoming. Eight teams will square off for the right to be crowned the Homecoming Queen and King. Two teammates have not been announced yet as Brian Myers and Deonna Purrazzo have yet to have their partners revealed. The surprises that started at Slammiversary seem set to continue when IMPACT Wrestling presents Homecoming 2021.
