According to L’Equipe, Didier Deschamps is without attacker Marcus Thuram who made one appearance earlier in the competition before sustaining a calf problem that has limited his inclusion ever since. He won’t be fit for this one at all. More recent reports indicate that defensive midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni could also miss out due to a thigh issue that cropped up in the group stage.
The rest of the squad is deemed fit to feature for the duration of the tie.

Gustavo Alfaro will only have to contend with the continued absence of defender Omar Alderete. While the player is eager to get himself fit and fight through for his team, the manager may urge more caution and leave him out of this one.
