Here are our predicted lineups and the latest team news ahead of the Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Tottenham Hotspur Premier League clash on April 25. With the season nearing its conclusion, Wolves have nothing but pride to play for after their relegation to the Championship was confirmed earlier this week, while Spurs are also in the bottom three and absolutely desperate for points to try and avoid joining the hosts in the second tier. Wolves will look to use home advantage, but a poor performance and Molineux could turn toxic quickly. Spurs have also failed to beat Wolves in their last six meetings.

Important Clash In The Relegation Battle
Wolves Team News
Wolves have a few players missing as they host Spurs. Sam Johnstone is expected to be out for the rest of the season. Ladislav Krejčí has been struggling with his fitness after going off injured against Leeds. José Sá is back in training after missing the last game, but it has not been confirmed if he will be part of the squad this weekend. Yerson Mosquera will also miss the game through suspension. During his pre-match press conference, Rob Edwards had this to say on Wolves’ relegation:
“It’s tough to take, but we know where we’ve been. No one wanted it, so it hurt, but we have to react in the right way. It wasn’t easy, but it’s about how we respond.”
Tottenham Team News
Destiny Udogie has picked up a knock after returning from his hamstring injury and is a doubt for the Wolves clash. Guglielmo Vicario is also still recovering from his hernia surgery. James Maddison will be on the bench for tomorrow’s clash, but will not feature as he is still feeling some pain. Davies, Kulusevski, Sarr, Odobert, Kudus and Romero are also all ruled out. Roberto De Zerbi had this to say on his team’s injury issues:
“Destiny has a [muscular] problem. I think he can’t play tomorrow, but he played on Saturday and played a great first half, second half as well, but the first was great. We have Spence, Souza is available to come with us. It’s not a big problem, I hope Udogie could be back for next week at Villa Park.”

He added, “I have a big opinion of Destiny, and he is a crucial player for us. We are lucky because we can play with Djed Spence, another important player and another very good guy.”
