A Potential Breakthrough

This indicates that Boehly has eyes on giving Ampadu a chance to become a first-team player. This wouldn’t be the first chance the young defender has had as he was a member of the squad in 2017/18 and 2018/19 but never became a regular. With more experience under his belt, we may see him make a breakthrough next season after his second stint in Italy comes to an end.
