Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 33+ starts in just a couple of days, with a full set of fixtures this weekend. Let’s find out the best options for this gameweek.

Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 33+ Picks

Quick Tips

With Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea facing teams embroiled in the relegation battle, this could be a good week to play the Free Hit chip. Manchester City also have a decent fixture at Southampton.

Goalkeepers

Nick Pope kept yet another clean sheet last round at Crystal Palace. Sheffield United won’t be easy but Burnley are pretty tight at the back.

Martin Dubravka, Mathew Ryan, Alisson, and David de Gea are all good options this week as well.

Defenders

Trent Alexander-Arnold is definitely the best defender choice this week. Against Aston Villa, he has both offensive and defensive potential.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been a great signing for Manchester United this season. He has the tendency to pick up bonus points as well.

Matt Doherty scored against Arsenal in this fixture last season. Wolves will be playing after a week. Will a fresh Wolves side be too strong for the Gunners?

Lewis Dunk could rack up a big score if Brighton & Hove Albion can keep a clean sheet at Carrow Road.

Burnley defenders are also worth a shout. Ben Mee has picked up a massive 23 points in the last two matches so could also be worth a punt.

Midfielders

It is a difficult week to pick midfielders. There are just so many great options to pick from. Choosing the right ones will be tricky.

Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial are the top choices this week. They are facing relegation-threatened teams at home. Bournemouth and Aston Villa are both struggling and have leaky defences. In fact, the Cherries lost 1-4 at home to Newcastle United in the last match. So, the premium midfielders will be relishing their chances. The only worry here is whether any of those players get rested or not.

Chelsea also have a good-looking fixture at home to Watford. Willian, Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount are all decent options. However, Chelsea have played quite a few matches recently and Frank Lampard could be forced to rotate. The Hornets, on the other hand, will be playing after almost a week. Could they dent Chelsea’s champions league hopes?

Manchester City also have a nice away fixture at Southampton this week. The Saints have a terrible home record. However, it will be near impossible to predict Pep Guardiola‘s starting XI once again. Kevin de Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez are the best options on paper.

Allan Saint-Maximin is in superb form and faces West Ham United at home. Will the king of dribbles perform well again for the Magpies?

Strikers

Marcus Rashford should fancy his chances against Bournemouth. He is playing out wide but that should not stop him from netting a goal or more.

Arsenal have managed to win three matches in a row in all competitions. However, their leaky defence should provide Raúl Jiménez with a few opportunities to score.

Neal Maupay will be looking to take full advantage of Norwich City’s leaky defence. The seagulls can move further away from the relegation zone with a win at Carrow Road. Maupay has a great chance to help his team achieve safety.
