King Mo vs. Low Ki

Low Ki has found himself facing a hard test against former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion and two-time Bellator Tournament Champion King Mo. The latter has an incredible amateur wrestling background that allowed him to climb to the top of the MMA world in relatively short order. All the while, he stood out because of his athleticism and incredible power.

The aforementioned traits served Mo well in the transition to the world of professional wrestling, but he’s facing easily his toughest opponent in the former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, Low Ki. All of that being said, I can’t help but feel we’ll see some form of interference from the event’s namesake. One look at the graphic should be more than telling of the issues between Low Ki and Tom Lawlor. Their history extends back to when Lawlor beat Low Ki to capture the MLW World Heavyweight Championship and those emotions boiled back to the surface when Lawlor once again bested Low Ki in the 2020 Opera Cup Finals

Regardless of the outcome, this will be a fun match that can both help establish King Mo in the MLW rankings and keep Lawlor busy as he waits for his feud with MLW World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu to be freed up.
