NXT Stand and Deliver (4/4/26) – Review (with Ratings) and Consequences

NXT Stand and Deliver took place 4 weeks after NXT Vengeance Day. All five NXT titles (Speed titles are WWE-related) were on the line. This was the first NXT Stand & Deliver to take place outside of WrestleMania week and NXT’s first standalone event to stream on YouTube in the United States.

Even though I lived it live with you all night long, it’s time to take a look at the PLE after a few hours of sleep. I realized that doing live results is all about raw emotions. When the adrenaline rush stopped (well, once in bed), I became aware that there was more in this show than I actually wrote. Here’s an NXT Stand and Deliver 2026 Nygma Review.

WWE Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair, Hank & Tank, EK Prosper, and Shiloh Hill defeated BirthRight (2,5/5)

What to retain? What’s next? This was exactly what it needed to be. They didn’t overstay their welcome, but still had a fast-paced match to start the night. No one really had time to stand out, but EK Prosper did well in the time he had. Then, WWE put together a big stable like Birthright and then had them lose.

A loss to Hank & Tank, Shiloh Hill, EK Prosper, and Wren Sinclair on the pre-show doesn’t exactly help make the faction look like a big deal. I especially loved the interactions between Dempsey and Sinclair, but I don’t think it was too effective in making Birthright look credible.

About Steph Franchomme

Steph, for Stephanie, is not only eNYGMAtic, charismatic, but also “très chic.” Living in France, her birth country, she broke the language barrier to become a respected writer and interviewer on many wrestling promotions. She has developed a very special bond with TNA Wrestling over time to the point of becoming an Authority on the company. The French Nygma, as she loves to call herself, has been a wrestling writer and editor for nearly a decade for SteelChair Magazine/Wrestling SC, TWM and Distortion Media. She has interviewed hundreds of wrestlers from WWE, MLW, TNA, NXT, AEW, and many more promotions. The Nygma is now the new “Authority” on TNA Wrestling and NXT for Last Word on Pro Wrestling. The writer/editor also runs @3WWrestling, her own platform.
