Here is all you need to know about the upcoming TNA Genesis 2026. The path to the PLE has been totally intertwined with TNA Wrestling’s broadcast deal with AMC TV. TNA Genesis 2026 comes two days after the Thursday Night iMPACT premiere on AMC. So, the card couldn’t be complete until last night. Sadly, some visa issues prevent some wrestlers from competing, as announced. That includes Dani Luna and TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater.
TNA Wrestling Genesis 2026 is airing live this Saturday night, from the Curtis Culver Center in Garland, TX, at 8 PM ET on TNA Plus. A Countdown to Genesis will be airing live for free at 7 PM ET on the TNA YouTube Channel and TNA Plus.

The Nygma’s View & Predictions
With eight matches announced, the TNA Genesis 2026 card is a very special one. Two bouts are missing: the TNA X-Division title defence, usually the best match of the night, and the expected encounter between Léi Ying Lee and Dani Luna. That benefits NXT, as Zaria becomes the #1 contender and Joe Hendry comes back to the iMPACT Zone.
Only 3 TNA Championships are on the line, which is a bit low. TNA Wrestling will also have to make the fans forget about the underwhelming premiere on AMC. To calm the social media riot, the show will have to be a 5-star one. Let’s Nygma-dive into it.
Non-Title Matches
“The brash and arrogant Ryan Nemeth has been a pestering thorn in the side of Mara Sadè for quite some time. After numerous superkicks to the face, he still doesn’t get the message — she’s not interested. Now, Mara Sadè will look to deliver another beatdown when she battles Ryan Nemeth at Genesis.”
I asked for it, and TNA made it. After Ryan Nemeth NutCracking himself last night, the bout will be even better. Nygma says, I give it to Mara Sadè, of course. I just hope they won’t kiss at the end and become TNA’s new hot couple. I couldn’t stand that.

Revenge Matches
For quite some time, A.J. Francis tried to get Rich Swann to do his dirty work in an attempt to capture championship gold in TNA Wrestling. But enough was enough at Final Resolution when Swann refused to hit Leon Slater with the TNA X-Division Championship, and instead hit Francis with the belt to cost him his golden opportunity. No longer allies in FIR$T CLA$$, Francis would exact a measure of revenge when he delivered to Swann a thudding Down Payment through a table. Now, friends turned enemies will face off at Genesis in this personal clash.
TNA aired the segment in the middle of an episode. We knew there were some issues between the two, but the match was announced a bit abruptly. Nygma says, I’m not a fan of AJ Francis, so my heart says Rich Swann. Then, Francis is an awful cheater.
At Final Resolution, Mustafa Ali was humiliated by Elijah when the leader of Order 4 was tied to a horse and dragged out of the iMPACT Zone. Ali would retaliate by crashing Elijah’s return concert, delivering a brutal assault with the guitar. Now, two of TNA’s top stars are set to collide at Genesis as Elijah steps back into action against Mustafa Ali.
A story of horses and guitars will turn into a vicious comeback to reality for Elijah. Mustafa Ali is not alone, and that’s the game changer. Nygma says: Mustafa Ali always has something in his bag of tricks to make sure he wins.

The Last Dance
JDC has made the emotional announcement that he will be retiring from in-ring competition this January at Genesis. Most recently as a loyal member of The System, JDC is an accomplished veteran of the sport, but recent life changes have persuaded him to hang up the boots. At Genesis, JDC will compete in his final match as he steps into the ring against a longtime friend and System ally, Eddie Edwards.
This one will be difficult to watch. Retiring a friend is not the easiest task. Nygma says, Whoever wins, the problem is JDC is retiring. And that’s breaking my heart.
