TNA Wrestling Spoilers – Xplosion & iMPACT! (6/20/25)

  • Joe Hendry kicked off the show. Hendry thanked the fans for sticking with him over the last couple of tough months.  Therefore, he had to be honest right now. He lost to Trick Williams. He lost the TNA World Championship to someone who doesn’t work in TNA, and it’s painful. Hendry said it would be easy to pack his bags and go home so that he doesn’t have to face the pain, but the fans kept him coming back to work. The fans helped Hendry and TNA make history. Hendry will try something since the fans believe. He asked the fans to help him get his redemption. Director of Authority Santino Marella came and announced that Hendry had never utilized his rematch clause. Joe Hendry will compete for the TNA World Championship at Slammiversary against Trick Williams.
  • Killer Kelly cut a promo backstage. She said Masha Slamovich will see who the real monster is next week when Kelly takes the TNA Knockouts World Championship. With tonight’s Knockouts Battle Royal, Kelly gets to see who her first challenger is.
  • Zachary Wentz w/Trey Miguel defeated Ryan Nemeth w/Nic Nemeth. The Rascalz and The Nemeths had words for each other and got ready to square off until The Nemeths backed down and headed back up the ramp.

  • Masha Slamovich challenged Killer Kelly to a Chain Match next week. Arianna Grace interrupted and said that she has exciting things in the works, but she peekcouldn’t mention them yet. Slamovich told her to bring it on.
  • Ash by Elegance won the Knockouts Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender to the TNA Knockouts World Championship. Masha Slamovich came out to get a better look at the new #1 Contender. As she headed down the ramp, Jacy Jayne’s music hit, and she came to the top of the ramp. All three women eyed each other up.

  • Jake Something was in the back. He’s been sidelined due to injury and was forgotten. There was one man who didn’t forget him, Tommy Dreamer. Something respects Dreamer as a man and a mentor. Something wasn’t going to let Dreamer get attacked by Mance Warner. Also, Something has his eyes on the TNA International Championship. Steve Maclin is on notice. Maclin appeared and welcomed Something back. Maclin wished Something luck against Warner. Jake Something said that Maclin will see him soon.
  • Elijah is out due to a torn triceps, and KC Navarro is out due to a dislocated knee.
  • Mustafa Ali defeated John Skyler in the first Call to Arms Match. Both men had one hand tied to the ropes. Whoever gets untied first will have the advantage. The winner will be decided by pinfall or submission only. After the match, Ali grabbed a chair, and Jason Hotch tried to stop him, but Ali tossed him into the ringpost. Ali attacked Hotch and Skyler with the chair, but “Him” Cedric Alexander arrived. He tried to talk down to Ali, but Ali and Steelz wanted to attack him. They backed off and left the ring. Ali stared down at Alexander as he headed to the back.

  • The end of the tag team match between Matt Cardona and The Home Town Man vs. The System was shown. After the match, Cardona and Myers stared each other down before The System beat down The Home Town Man and Cardona. Myers wouldn’t go after Cardona. That led to a promo from The System.
  • The Hardys defeated The Northern Armory w/Eric Young. After the match, Jeff Hardy called out “his favourite wrestler,” Leon Slater. Matt Hardy said that Slater is a future star. At Slammiversary, Slater will become a record breaker. Slater will become the youngest TNA X-Division Champion in the history of TNA. The Hardys know Slater will do it. The crowd chanted for Slater as he joined the commentary table.

  • TNA X-Division Champion Moose defeated Shane Sabre and Jake Painter. After the match, Moose attacked his opponents until Leon Slater got into the ring. Slater got in Moose’s face, and they had words. Moose raised the TNA X-Division Championship belt and left the ring.
  • Mike Santana defeated AJ Francis in a Street Fight. Lots of tools involved. After the match, Santana said that he has worked hard to get to where he is today. He thanked the fans. Santana is not called the standard of TNA for nothing. When the TNA World Championship is mentioned, his name has to be noted, too. Santana said that he wants to be a part of the main event at Slammiversary. He says that Santino Marella knows what to do and that Marella owes him one. Santana is not going to New York to lose.

That’s all for TNA iMPACT! Spoilers for June 20, 2025. A new taping session is set for June 21, still in Pittsburgh. This session will bring us to one of the “Big Four” TNA PPVs of the year, Slammiversary, live on TNA+ on Sunday, July 20, from the UBS Arena in New York City, NY, at 8 PM EST.
