Her Majesties, the Nemeths
Nic Nemeth reflected on Slammiversary and shared a list of the pro-wrestlers he has taken down. KC Navarro interrupted Nic Nemeth and told him he’s not a fan of how Nic handled things. KC Navarro and Ryan Nemeth started arguing, and Nic Nemeth broke it up. Nemeth suggested that KC Navarro and Ryan Nemeth should fight tonight, and he is going to try to secure that match with Director of Operations Daria Rae. Nic Nemeth was ready to take on anyone who challenged him.
Sadè or Steelz?
The First-Ever Knockouts Television Champion Tournament started last night. Every tournament bracket has a 10-minute time limit. Once a competitor is crowned, the title will be exclusively defended on iMPACT. The surprise came from Tasha Steelz, who made her way to the ring alone. Without Order 4 on Steelz’s side, Mara Sadè had more chances.
In the end, Steelz set up for a Cutter, and Sadé answered with a kick to the face. Sadé climbed to the top for a Moonsault. Steelz prevented it; she charged at Sadé and went face-first into the bottom turnbuckle. Sadé soared from the top turnbuckle and crushed Steelz with a Moonsault to secure the pinfall. After the match, TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali was with Special Agent 0 on the ramp and made a phone call. Nygma thinks that Steelz’s days in Order 4 are numbered.
Fabian Aichner is the new #1 contender for the X-Division title
Before the match, Rich Swann was with BDE backstage and wanted BDE to keep his eye on the prize even when they’re against each other in the ring tonight. The match was exceptional because of Rich Swann, who delivered Phoenix Splashes and big dives agogo. In the end, he dropped Hotch with a Clipcutter, went for a cover, and Mr. Elegance broke it up. Mr. Elegance connected with Excusez-Moi onto Swann, BDE crushed Mr. Elegance with a Frog Splash, and Fabian Aichner drove down BDE with a Powerbomb to secure the pinfall. Aichner’s win is not a big surprise. Rich Swann’s flying is not, too.
