A graphic of the Casket match for the NXT Women's North American Championship

NXT Revenge Week Two Review (4/21/26) – Saying Goodbye

Rest in Peace, Blake Monroe

NXT Women’s North American Champion Tatum Paxley got her payback against Blake Monroe in a thrilling Casket Match. The bitter rivals used not only the casket as a weapon, but also one of Paxley’s signature dollhouses. However, a swift kick from The Glamour sent the champion crashing through it. The action stayed fast-paced as the duo battled inside the casket itself before flying off of it in a scintillating Spanish Fly.

Monroe thought she had the match won, but Paxley staved off defeat by jamming Monroe’s fake North American Title between the lid and the base of the casket. A frustrated Glamour pulled Paxley and one of the pillows out, revealing it was filled with diamonds, but Paxley hit Cemetery Drive onto the jewels. One last spinning kick allowed Paxley to slam the lid and retain her Championship in an incredible bout.

Izzi Dame, new #1 contender?

Izzai Dame and the Culling cut off NXT Women’s Champion Lola Vice. Vice was saying she showed the world the kind of champion she wants to be when she defeated Jacy Jayne. She knows winning a Championship is one thing, but defending and retaining it is another. Because she waited for opportunities in the past, she understands what the other women wrestlers are going through, but she won’t let herself be taken advantage of.

Here came Dame, who tried to enter Vice’s mind. Vice called her a threat, and Dame thanked us for that. When Dame becomes NXT Women’s Champion, Vice could thank her again. Vice replied she would kick Dame’s ass when Dame took her chance. Niko Vance and Shawn Spears distracted Vice, so Dame hit a Big Boot before posing with the belt.

Goodbye, Sol Ruca

The story of ZaRuca added another incredible chapter as Zaria outlasted Sol Ruca in an unforgettable Last Woman Standing Match. Zaria was relentless, bringing the fight directly to Ruca and even hitting her with a Spear through the perch at one point. That wasn’t all, as the two Superstars found themselves perched on the barricade, only for Zaria to hit a devastating F-5 through the announce table.

In a moment of desperation, Ruca scaled the perch to try and hit a splash, but Zaria followed and was hit with a Sol Snatcher. After an emotional and dangerous exchange atop the perch, Zaria seemingly begged for forgiveness, and the two embraced. She betrayed Ruca and sent her flying off the perch through a table, mercifully ending the match.
