Potential NXT Call-Ups to the Main Roster After WrestleMania 42

They May

Kelani Jordan

After making impressive crossover appearances in TNA Wrestling, including holding the TNA Knockouts World Championship, Kelani Jordan could be ready to depart NXT. Her recent backstage attack on Jaida Parker makes us think she could stay a little bit more. Then, Jordan has proved more than necessary that she is a main roster player.

Given her recent uptick in intensity since turning heel, Jordan wowed fans in her recent NXT Underground match against legitimate MMA fighter Lola Vice at WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026. Despite not winning the Underground match, Jordan has continued to earn respect through her grit and talent, making for a solid main roster call-up regardless of her future character.

Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca is a pure prodigy. Since 2022, she has exploded in front of the fans’ eyes. A former WWE Speed and NXT Women’s North American Champion, at the same time, Ruca is just a title away from a Grand Slam. In December 2025, John Cena selected Sol Ruca as one of the participants of the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline 2025.

She also wrestled in Cena’s final event at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLII against Bayley. Defeating Bayley, Ruca was awarded a Women’s United States Championship match against Chelsea Green, but she failed to win the title. At the WWE Royal Rumble 2026, she entered at number 10 to end up in the final three.

After teaming with Zaria since December 2024, the duo has finally dissolved with a heated feud going into this year’s NXT Stand & Deliver. Surprisingly, Sol Ruca defeated Zaria at the PLE when Zaria probably needed that win the most. Backstage, when Ruca stated that this match was the hardest of her career, Izzi Dame challenged her, saying Ruca is not going to go straight to another NXT Women’s Championship match. If Dame defeats Ruca on NXT on CW, that could mean Ruca is main-roster ready.
