Potential NXT Call-Ups to the Main Roster After WrestleMania 42

They Might

Ethan Page

One NXT standout that seems highly likely to be called up to the main roster in the near future is Ethan Page. Since joining WWE in May 2024, Page has propelled himself into the NXT Championship picture right from day one. Following his arrival, Page only took two months before he won the NXT Championship and became the top heel on the brand.

He has won the two biggest prizes on NXT. Over the past two years, “All Ego” has also become one of the longest reigning and most successful NXT North American Champions as well. He also became the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champion with Chelsea Green.

After accomplishing so much on the brand, Page is someone who needs one opportunity to make the same kind of impact on the main roster and could do just that on WWE Raw or SmackDown after WrestleMania 42. And Page is definitely poised to enter many big storylines on the main roster.

Ricky Saints

Debuting in WWE back in February 2025, Ricky Saints immediately became a top star on the NXT brand. Taking just a month to win gold, Saints became the NXT North American Champion. Later in the year, he went on to defeat Oba Femi to become the new NXT Champion as well.

Like his “tag team” partner, Ethan Page, Ricky Saints has captured both of NXT’s major men’s titles, leaving many fans to expect an impending move to the main roster. While Page is more than ready to leave NXT behind, Saints could potentially stick around in some capacity and spread his time across many different shows.

At least, Page and Saints have one big match to do, facing each other after the NXT Stand and Deliver betrayal. Considering everything he accomplished during his time in AEW and what he has done in over a year on NXT, Ricky Saints feels like a ready-made main roster act. He could immediately be thrust into the main roster spotlight.

Blake Monroe

Blake Monroe only made her NXT debut in June 2025. After very successful stints in STARDOM and AEW, Monroe has quickly won the NXT Women’s North American Championship. She had her sights on becoming a two-time Champion. At NXT Stand & Deliver, she failed at making it. However, Monroe feels like someone who has everything it takes to be a key player on the WWE main roster.

Her plotting with the Vanity Project at NXT Stand and Deliver can make us think she has more matches to do on NXT. Her feud with Tatum Paxley, in fact, a quest for “her” NXT Women’s North American Championship, may not be totally wrapped up despite Monroe losing at NXT Stand and Deliver.
