WWE SmackDown Results (2/27/26):

10 mins before the live broadcast, it seems like Jey Uso was taken out backstage, with WWE officials, even Paul “Triple H” Levesque, checking on him. At the top of the hour, we’ll find out more about what happened to Jey.

It was pandemonium to start SmackDown, with Jacob Fatu livid and riding to the hospital with Jey Uso, while the locker room spilled out onto the backstage. Trick Willians said that it doesn’t matter: one man down, 4 more to go. Je’Von Evans would try to get in his face.

And as “hilarious” as it is, as Drew McIntyre said, he was not responsible for that, as he says he felt like he was an “outlaw” despite being a champion, spending his days in a suite, when he should be able to do whatever. SmackDown GM Nick Aldis said he needs McIntyre go to his office before he agrees with the locker room to tear him apart.

Cody Rhodes would come out livid, saying he wants to fight here and now. But McIntyre said he has “orders” from Aldis, and that’s what he’s going to do, as Rhodes stirred the pot, calling McIntyre nothing but a “b*tch.”

Randy Orton would slither in the ring, saying he intends on winning that Chamber, beating McIntyre at ‘Mania 42, and securing his 15th world title. Before he could address the elephant in the room regarding Cody, Trick Williams would intervene, running his mouth before Je’Von Evans would also join the party, saying he aims to beat Orton’s record as the youngest world champion in history.

LA Knight has each and every one of these competitors’ numbers, claiming he’ll be walking out of the Chamber on top. Trick and LA got into it, as they brawled backstage. Orton would RKO Je’Von, as he stared daggers into Cody.

Backstage:

  • We see Cathy Kelley interview Tiffany Stratton, before Kairi Sane and Asuka entered the picture. Sane seems like he wants to fight and soften up Stratton for Asuka, 24 hours before Elimination Chamber.

Uncle Howdy vs. Solo Sikoa

Surprisingly, Solo Sikoa showed up first in this one-on-one, no MFT in hand, against Uncle Howdy. True to his word, Howdy also came out with nothing but the clothes on his back and the signature rocking chair that sends chills up opponents’ spines. For the early part of this match, Howdy and Sikoa were absolutely even.

But then, Solo Sikoa went into another gear, dominating Howdy in the late stages of this match. Solo would have a devastating Splash, and even multiple Running Hip Attacks to a seated Howdy. Sikoa would become overzealous, getting caught in a Sister Abigail, as Uncle Howdy secures the victory in a close one.

Howdy would try to reclaim the lantern, only for MFT to swoop in, take it, and beat down Howdy before Wyatt Sicks would drive them off.

Backstage:

  • Nick Aldis talked some sense into Drew McIntyre, as the champion would calmly get escorted out. We see The Vision visit SmackDown, with Paul Heyman saying Logan Paul could be the answer to Aldis’ problems. Aldis would do a counteroffer, how about not, since it’s convenient that after the attack on Jey, The Vision was immediately backstage.
  • Kelley caught up with RHIYO, with Rhea Ripley saying she’s confident they’ll retain tonight and she’ll win the Chamber tomorrow.
  • We see Nick Aldis once again, now, with Jacob Fatu. The “Samoan Werewolf” says Nick has a McIntyre problem, so put him in the Chamber, so he could win and finally exterminate Drew in Las Vegas. Aldis is taking it under consideration.

Tiffany Stratton vs. Asuka

After a run-in with the Kabuki Warriors, Tiffany Stratton takes on Asuka. With Chelsea Green observing at ringside, Asuka would make her way to the ring. The “Empress of Tomorrow” said she’s smart, and she’s not about to compete 24 hours before the Chamber.

So, in her place, Kairi Sane will battle Stratton. Tiffany had her sails rocked, and it might be because she didn’t have enough time to scout Sane after the change-up. Sane took control, almost beating Stratton on more than one occasion.

Stratton’s instincts would kick in when she side-stepped a Suicide Dive from Sane, with Chelsea getting the brunt of it. Tiffy would capitalize, hit a Rolling Senton, followed up by a Prettiest Moonsault Ever for the win.

Backstage:

  • The Vision, specifically Logan Paul, was trying to cozy up to Aldis, but Nick and Raw GM Adam Pearce already discussed it; whoever wins tonight between Jacob Fatu and Logan Paul will replace Jey Uso inside the 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber.

The Miz vs. Oba Femi

The Miz did a lot of talking, trying to plead his case, saying he’s this generation’s Undertaker, and instead of fighting, he and Oba Femi could team up, and he guides him to glory as the “Awesome Rulers.” Of course, Femi did not see it the same way, battering The Miz. With a couple of Suplexes and Lariats, Femi took care of Miz with a devastating Fall From Grace.

Carmelo Hayes’ U.S. Open Challenge

He really is “H1M,” as Carmelo Hayes defends the U.S. Title tonight, with Matt Cardona taking up the challenge. Cardona dominated 90% of the match, but it only took one First 48 for Carmelo Hayes to retain the title.

Candice LeRae vs. Jordynne Grace

Accompanied by a still dejected Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae has it out for Jordynne Grace as they go one-on-one. Grace made quick work of the “Poison Pixie,” delivering a Pumphandle Slam for the win.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

RHIYO defends the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Lash Legend and Nia Jax, the duo known as the Irresistible Forces. Legend and Jax obliterated RHIYO, with Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY falling to the raw powers of Nia Jax and Lash Legend, crowning an #AndNEW WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

Logan Paul vs. Jacob Fatu

With only 24 hours to go before Elimination Chamber, we decide the final Men’s entrant as the “Maverick” and “Samoan Werewolf” go at it in the main event. Logan Paul held his own tonight. However, Jacob Fatu took it to another level entirely, on a warpath to go to Chamber and get his revenge on Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 42.

When we thought Fatu would be the one going to Chicago, it all fell apart with key interferences. The “Maverick” took it upon himself to capitalize, pinning Fatu to qualify for the 2026 Men’s Chamber to end this intense night.

That’s all for REAL-TIME WWE SmackDown results for February 27, 2026, as they happened in Louisville, Kentucky.
