The Irresistible Forces were, well, a force to be reckoned with tonight as they took it to RHIYO, IYO SKY, and Rhea Ripley, 24 hours ahead of WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 in Chicago on SmackDown. It’s clear Lash Legend and Nia Jax were on a mission tonight, after getting screwed out of the titles by The Kabuki Warriors a couple of weeks back. Ripley and SKY put on a valiant effort. Unfortunately, these forces were too much for even RHIYO to bear.
Lash and Nia overwhelmed Ripley and SKY, no matter what they did and even if they mustered some offense, Jax and Legend would bulldoze through them, exercising their amazing power on the former World Women’s and now WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Ripley’s head might not be in the game, and the Irresistible Forces exploited that. The onslaught was way too much. After IYO SKY was hit with an Annihilator via Nia Jax, Lash Legend would execute the Lash Extension on Rhea Ripley, pinning her to snag the win and titles from RHIYO.
Legend and Jax were on top of the world, with fireworks blasting in the midst of their win. Backstage, Cathy Kelley would catch up with the new champions. Jax immediately gloated, saying this is her 3rd run with the WWE Women’s Titles, and Legend’s first in WWE. And with that, the Irresistible Forces said they will celebrate in style next week, the first SmackDown after Elimination Chamber in Chicago.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is truly the hottest period for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Division. And with this, Irresistible Forces win; it could also be the most tumultuous for the women competing in this division. Even the great IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley were not able to win, as raw powers overcame tonight on WWE SmackDown in Louisville, Kentucky.
