WWE NXT Results and Review (2/3/26) – New NXT General Manager and New NXT Champion

A new NXT Interim General Manager

Shawn Michaels appointed Mr. Robert Stone as the new NXT Interim General Manager. Stone has been with NXT for 7 years and has always done what he was asked to do. And what Shawn Michaels wants is “this place to be crazy,” because that’s the way he likes it. Nygma says, It would have been a surprise if it wasn’t Stone. We have seen him by Ava’s side more often over the last few weeks. He also led the NXT Outlaws to TNA Wrestling. NXT will surely take a wild turn in the coming weeks.

No Tatum Paxley, but an impressive Dame

Izzi Dame retained the NXT Women’s North American Championship. With Shawn Spears and Niko Vance supporting Dame at ringside, the Champion impressed early on, using her combination of size and speed to take down both of her opponents. As Dame and Thea Hail traded blows inside the ring, Kelani Jordan appeared and attacked Lola Vice on the outside, smashing her wrist with a ladder. With one Superstar now out, Dame managed to counter a Kimura Lock into a huge Gutwrench Powerbomb to retain her title.

Tony D’Angelo: “This isn’t about vengeance, it’s about punishment.”

Tony D’Angelo had some things to get off his chest. He reminded the audience of all the Championships he won in NXT. A year ago, he was a happy man with a family and friends. All of this was taken away from him. When DarkState decided to ruin his life, he needed to regroup: “I needed to remember who Tony D’Angelo was by himself.” He came back to punish DarkState, and he will take away everything from them. After doing this, he’ll reveal his next goals.

A new WWE Speed Tournament

Jasper Troy is ready for new challengers; here they come. Charlie Dempsey, Elio LeFleur, Josh Briggs, or Eli Knight will soon face Troy. Last night, Elio LeFleur defeated the mat technician, Charlie Dempsey, in a Speed Tournament Match. With under 15 seconds remaining, LeFleur hit an incredible twisting reverse Famouser to punch his ticket to the finals of the Men’s Speed Tournament.
