1. Rhea Ripley
Unfortunately, the 2021 women’s Royal Rumble match is the only Rumble not to have an audience because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, Rhea Ripley, representing NXT, was the 14th entrant, and she looked right at home in the Rumble.
The Nightmare had a stellar performance, and as the further she went on, it looked likely that she was going to win the Rumble and punch her ticket to a world championship match at WrestleMania.
The likes of Toni Storm, Santana Garrett, Dana Brooke, Dakota Kai, Mandy Rose, Alexa Bliss, and the winner a year prior in 2020, Charlotte Flair, were eliminated by Ripley. However, Ripley and Bianca Belair were the final two participants.
The pair had several battles in NXT, and their mini-match in the 2021 women’s Royal Rumble match was good to watch. It was a valiant effort from Ripley, but she was unable to dislodge the EST of WWE, who lastly eliminated Ripley to win her first women’s Royal Rumble match.
