4. Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan is one of two women, alongside Natalya, to feature in every edition of the women’s Royal Rumble match. However, it’s only a matter of time before the two-time Women’s World Champion wins a Rumble. She’s come tantalizingly close twice. Morgan started the 2023 women’s Royal Rumble match alongside Rhea Ripley. The pair started and finished the Rumble, becoming the fourth pair in WWE history to start and finish a Rumble.
Morgan endured one hour, one minute, and eight seconds. A year later, Morgan returned as the 30th entrant in the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble match. Although she spent significantly less time in the Rumble, she eliminated Zoey Stark and the debuting Jade Cargill. Morgan made unwanted history by becoming the first woman to be a runner-up in consecutive women’s Royal Rumble matches after Bayley eliminated her to win the Rumble.
