2. Charlotte Flair
14-time Women’s World Champion Charlotte Flair is the GOAT, and she won the 2020 women’s Royal Rumble match. However, the Queen has a couple of runner-up finishes in women’s Royal Rumble matches to her resume.
In the 2019 women’s Royal Rumble match, Charlotte entered 13th and was unquestionably one of the favorites to win. She eliminated five wrestlers, including Bayley, and she lasted 50 minutes. However, her former best friend Becky Lynch got the last laugh by eliminating her from the Rumble.
In 2022, Charlotte Flair was the reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion, but shocked the world by declaring that she’d compete in the 2022 women’s Royal Rumble match. Charlotte racked up some strong eliminations by seeing off Aliyah, WWE Hall of Famer Lita, 2023 winner Rhea Ripley, Shayna Baszler, and 2021 winner Bianca Belair.
However, Charlotte failed to win her second women’s Royal Rumble match in three years as she was eliminated by the returning Ronda Rousey. Ironically, both times Charlotte was a runner-up in women’s Royal Rumble matches, she faced the winner in some capacity in title matches at WrestleMania.
