Men and Knockouts that Should Be On Team TNA Wrestling at WWE NXT Invasion (And Who Shouldn’t)

Following TNA’s invasion of NXT this past Tuesday, NXT General Manager Ava made a massive announcement during NXT No Mercy. On Tuesday, October 7, it will be TNA vs. NXT on a special Invasion edition of WWE NXT.

The best from TNA and NXT will clash for supremacy in two Survivor Series-style matches, one for the men and one for the women. The teams will be revealed by TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella and NXT General Manager Ava on NXT this Tuesday.

Before the official announcement, let’s take a look at the five men and women who could form Team TNA in these two matches, and also who should not.

Team TNA Men

Betting on the current Champions would be a bad idea, whether men or women, five days before TNA Bound for Glory, and the same when it comes to the contenders. Since the NXT Invasion announcement, Moose, Mike Santana, TNA International Champion Frankie Kazarian, Matt Cardona, and Mustafa Ali have made their voice heard on social media as WWE No Mercy aired.

They would make an amazing team. If you look closely at the TNA NXT’s invasion segment last week, other participants could fit the TNA team spirit. On the X-Division side of the roster, Cedric Alexander, Trey Miguel, and Zachary Wentz were there, like TNA Original Eric Young and Mance Warner. Steve Maclin or Eddie Edwards weren’t there, but would defend the company till their last breath.

Team TNA Knockouts

Léi Ying Lee, who failed to defeat Kelani Jordan at TNA Victory Road, has a revenge to take on NXT. She was a part of the melee last week with her tag-team partner, Xia Brookside. The IInspirationon , Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay, were there too, like The Elegance Brand. The Angel Warriors, Léi Ying Lee and Xia Brookside, are definitely on the list.

A TNA veteran like Rosemary would be a weapon of mass destruction. A former NXT star like Mara Sadé would be interesting to see in a match like this. Dani Luna, as unhinged as she may be, would make miracles. Tasha Steelz is a fierce and fearless Knockout who would follow her leader, Mustafa Ali, to the NXT war fields. Killer Kelly could also rock the house.

Who Should Not Be a Part of The Teams – The Nygma’s Dream Teams

Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford were on Robert Stone’s side during the Sheriff’s War. AJ Francis has helped Trick Williams more than once. Joe Hendry is definitely not the man for this war game. He has been spending more time in NXT than in TNA, despite being a TNA talent. He could come to the match as a TNA man and screw the company by making NXT win.

If I have to make a choice, now, with the Bound For Glory card in mind, without knowing who will represent NXT in these matches, Nygma will say this.

  • Team TNA Men: Matt Cardona, Eric Young, Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, and Steve Maclin.
  • Team TNA Knockouts: Léi Ying Lee, Xia Brookside, Rosemary, Killer Kelly, and Tasha Steelz.

We’ll see on Tuesday night if TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella made another Milan Miracle and listened to the Nygma. I see you back on an early French Wednesday morning to tell you more about.
