We are just a few days after from the launch of WWE 2K25 with the Deadman and Bloodline editions launching this Friday. On Wednesday, WWE an 2K offered more details about the upcoming game, specifically which character packs will be part of the WWE 2K25 DLC Season Pass along with their release timeline.
The WWE 2K25 DLC Season Pass will include five post-launch character packs, each with different themes and some with surprise celebrity or NBA playable characters. The first three packs will release once monthly from May to July with the last two packs releasing in September and November respectively. The SuperCharger Pack, which will unlock WWE Legends, old school arenas, and more championship titles, will be available at launch, though details remain scarce on what all that will include.
The New Wave pack comes out in May 2025 and features: Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and a surprise celebrity to be announced later.
The Dunk & Destruction pack arrives in June 2025 and features Abyss, the Great Khali, and three NBA stars to be announced later. NBA stars were some of the earliest athletes to step foot into WWE with Dennis Rodman joining NwO and later wrestling in a tag team match against Karl Malone. Shaquille O’Neal has taken part in matches recently and Enes Kanter is actually a 24/7 Champion. Any of these guys could make their way into the game. Fans will just have to wait and see.
Up next is the Fearless Pack, which hits in July 2025 and features Jordynne Grace, Penta, New Jack, Bull Nakano, and a special celebrity to be announced later.
Taking off the month of August, the Attitude Era Superstars Pack drops in September 2025 with D’Lo Brown, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Victoria, and Mark Henry.
Finally, in November 2025, comes the Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack, which is set to feature Jesse Ventura, “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff, Tito Santana, Junkyard Dog, and Sid Justice.
The WWE 2k25 DLC Season Pass comes included with purchase of the Bloodline or Deadman edition of the game, but can also be purchased as an add-on to the standard edition, which comes out on March 14. More details on the content and specific release date of the various packs will be made available at a later date.
