In terms of Leicester’s current situation, they sit in the relegation zone on a measly 34 points. Underwhelming performances have seen this dismal season go from bad to worse. However, the past few weeks have been brighter. City are putting in encouraging performances full of resilience and fight, while the fans in the stands continue to get behind the team. The next few games are going to be crucial towards their ongoing relegation battle as West Brom continue to flounder.

As for injuries, Leicester are set to be strengthened by two major returns. Rowett said: “Jamaal [Lascelles] trained today, Jordan James trained today, it’s assessing those players tomorrow and making sensible decisions.”
Norwich City Team News
Meanwhile, Norwich are enjoying a positive spell of form. They seemed to be in turmoil when the two sides last met, but they have since managed to climb up to 17th in the table. In 2026, they have lost just three games, two of which ironically came against Leicester’s last two opponents in Stoke and Middlesbrough. The Canaries are certainly picking up form with 21 points gained in the last 10 league games. A win against Leicester would certainly be a nice way to keep the momentum.
Unlike Leicester, whose injury list has been reduced, Norwich are going through their own crisis. Manager Phillipe Clement touched on it during this afternoon’s press conference. He said: “No comparison to any of my other clubs (amount of injuries). We are digging into that. I don’t want to go too deep into it, and I don’t want to point the finger at people who are not here anymore.”
