RB Leipzig Don’t Want to Sell Josko Gvardiol
The Croatian defender was hailed as the ‘best centre-back in the world’ by his national team manager Zlatko Dalic during the World Cup, and while that may be a little premature, it could definitely be the case in the near future. The 20-year-old is guaranteed to attract a lot of suitors in the summer window, with his qualities being craved by some of the biggest European sides.
That being said, RB Leipzig have already confirmed that they do not plan to sell the centre-back anytime soon. Their sporting director Max Ebert spoke about his future and told Sky Sports: “Thanks to the contract extension with Josko, we are in control, the club has done an outstanding job. Football has gone crazy, but our interest is zero that we want to sell Josko Gvardiol in the summer.”
