Joachim Andersen has agreed a five-year deal to join Crystal Palace, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Danish defender had several club’s vying for his signature, but has opted to join the South London side.

Andersen is the latest player to join the club in what is an important summer for Palace.
The Eagles have undergone several changes this summer, with new boss Patrick Vieira keen to implement a building from the back style of play.
As a result, after years of limited money being spent under predecessor Roy Hodgson, the Frenchman has been entrusted with funds in order to bring a new lease of life to the club.
Palace have already signed Michael Olise, Remi Matthews and Marc Guehi this summer, and Andersen looks to be the next player to join.
The Dane, who spent last season on loan with Fulham, had several sides chasing his signature. Both Manchester United and Tottenham were interested in securing the Lyon defender.
However, it is Palace who have won the race for the 25-year-old, and he is expected to join on a five-year deal.
What Can Crystal Palace Expect From Andersen?
Despite suffering relegation, Andersen stood out while on loan at Fulham.
The 25-year-old was handed the captaincy following an injury to Tom Cairney. From there, the Dane’s confidence grew.
Fulham failed to win a game in the Premier League until Andersen made his first appearance, showing how important he was too Scott Parker’s side.
He also formed an excellent partnership with Tosin Adarabioyo, leading to praise from his former manager.
“They’ve been really solid. Great teams, you find the biggest pairing is the central defenders. It’s key and pivotal,” Parker said.
“Joachim and Tosin have formed a very good partnership along with the whole defensive unit and a team. As a team, we’ve defended much better.
“That’s helped how solid we’ve been, it’s in large part down to the partnership between them.”
