Arsenal will pay £20 million upfront for the winger, with the other £52 million coming in instalments over the next five years. As such, this is a deal that suited Arsenal’s tight budget.
Mustafi Could Be Sold
Ornstein also tweeted that Arsenal are considering letting German defender Shkodran Mustafi leave this summer. They are willing to let him go either on a loan or a permanent deal. However, Mustafi, whose contract runs until 2021, wants to stay and fight for his place.

Monaco have reportedly made an enquiry for the defender, and Arsenal would want £30 million for him. The Gunners are still chasing a new centre-back before the transfer deadline. They are also still eyeing left-back Kieran Tierney of Celtic and could make a late move for the 22-year-old.
Edu Meets With Rennes to Discuss Koscielny Move
