The USMNT lost 2-0 in an embarrassing defeat to South Korea. Son Heung-min opened the scoring before setting up Dong-Gyeong Lee, all before he was substituted in 63rd minute. The USA were not dominated, with 54% of possession and three big chances; however, South Korea simply took both of their big chances for the victory.

Weah was substituted in the last match with an injury; however, it is reportedly only a minor concern. It is unclear whether he will play in this match.
