Sunderland and Roma could be about to do further business this summer. The Black Cats completed the signing of Enzo Le Fee earlier in the transfer window after a successful loan spell, and they also look set to recruit Roma’s former Sporting Director Florent Ghisolfi, who left his role with the Italian giants last week.

Now the newly promoted Premier League club are being linked to Spanish fullback Angelino. SportItalia’s Carlo Pozzoli has claimed that the 28-year-old is of interest to Sunderland, who are looking to bolster their fullback options.

The 28-year-old signed permanently for Roma last summer for £5 million following a loan spell and has made 71 appearances in total for the club. The Spaniard has also had spells at Manchester City, PSV Eindhoven, and RB Leipzig and represented his country at youth level.
