Who Is Denner?
Denner is yet to make his debut for Corinthians’ senior team, having only played at the youth level in the Brazilian football scene so far. Chelsea have been fond of scouting the Brazilian football scene over the last few years, signing talents like Andrey Santos and Estavo Willian for the future.

Denner, meanwhile, has also been selected for the Brazil under-17 squad ahead of the upcoming South American Championship. The 17-year-old is also reportedly the cousin of Arsenal centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes, who has impressed at the heart of the Gunners’ backline in recent years. Denner, however, will have to perform at a very high level to win over the Chelsea hierarchy and ensure that he’s considered a key first-team player once he joins up with the senior squad.
