The journalist said on his YouTube video: “It’s not been an easy beginning to the season at all for Manchester United so far. We know that they are in 10th position in the Premier League table and also have zero points in their Champions League group after defeats against Galatasaray and Bayern, so they are bottom of the group and this is something that is obviously not at Manchester United’s level or standards.

“This is why the pressure in the media is growing on Erik ten Hag, but the reality, internally, at the club, as of today … the position of Manchester United internal sources is very clear: supporting the manager, protecting the manager, supporting his ideas. It’s crucial for United to get back to winning important games in the next weeks, but the position of the club is very clear, with the owners, the directors, and the board – they trust Erik ten Hag. They believe he is the man for the present and future of United, they are not speaking to any other candidates or discussing any other candidates for the job.”
