At such a young age, he is already at a towering 6’4′ and made eight appearances in the Supersport HNL last season for Split’s senior team. Of course, the teenager obviously benefits from his height which allows him to win a lot of aerial duels and dominate strikers of his age, while he’s also a threat in the set-piece situations.

Vuskovic’s playing style has been described to be similar to FC Barcelona legend Gerard Pique, in the sense that he can read the opposition’s game really well and is notable for his positioning sense as well as his ability to score despite being a defender.

Tottenham Set To Beat Multiple Clubs

Fabrizio Romano has given the news that Spurs fans will be craving, claiming that they are now on the verge of signing the youngster. He adds that the defender believes that the Lilywhites are the top project needed for his development, “despite interest from five more top clubs”.

The journalist further confirms that the teenager has already agreed to personal terms with the club and that the North Londoners are now finalising the paperwork with his club to make the signing official. The deal is likely to be completed in the January transfer window because clubs cannot register new players from other sides before that.

This comes soon after the Lilywhites managed to offload Davinson Sanchez to Galatasaray.

The 16-year-old is also probably going to be playing with Spurs’ youth teams after arriving at the club to maintain his development before he can be promoted to the first team. Vuskovic, who has been described as a “beast” could be an exciting future addition for the Lilywhites and ensure that their defensive options for the future are in safe hands.
