With fan unrest over the running of the club and having been knocked out of the Champions League in embarrassing fashion by Real Madrid, PSG are set to part with Leonardo and have set their eyes on Tottenham transfer chief Fabio Paratici despite him only joining the club in the summer of 2021. Paratici caught the eye of many of Europe’s top clubs following his time in charge of transfers at Juventus where he signed the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo.

In February, it had been reported by Foot Mercato that Paratici was of interest to the French side but The Athletic understand that the Italian is staying put.

Mixed Results So Far for Tottenham Transfer Chief

Daniel Levy brought Paratici to Spurs to try and improve their transfer business although so far the results have been mixed with only Dejan Kulusevski and Cristian Romero standing out from those he has brought into the club. Those signings have given fans belief that Paratici may be able to work his magic at Spurs but the real test will come in the summer when Antonio Conte has made it clear he wants to be backed in the transfer market.

Project

According to The Athletic, Paratici is still enthusiastic about the project at Spurs and for now, will remain at the club and look to bring success. Even if he did consider his future after such a short time, his exit would be difficult to manoeuvre with Levy never keen to let people leave when they choose but rather when he decides it is in the interests of Tottenham Hotspur.
