Lille have enjoyed another excellent season under Christophe Galtier. However, they are at risk of losing more of their star players with big clubs across Europe hunting Galtier’s team. Real Madrid are in that list and they are chasing three of Lille’s players according to reports. Real Madrid is keen on the spine of Lille’s team.

All Would Bring Different Qualities to The Real Madrid Team
Real Madrid are always active in any transfer window and arguably have some of the best scouts in world football. According to Marca, Real Madrid are keen on Lille trio Victor Osimhen, Boubakary Soumare and Gabriel. All three have excelled at Lille under Christophe Galtier and all would fit Zinedine Zidane’s style of play.
Victor Osimhen – A Proven Goal Scorer
The Nigerian international has excelled since arriving from Belgian football in the summer. He is the talisman of the Lille front line and already has 10 league goals. He direct running and skill on the ball could be a huge benefit for Real Madrid. Karim Benzema has been excellent this season but others behind have struggled. Luka Jovic has struggled to make an impact and don’t fit the mould of striker Zidane is looking for. Osimhen would cost big money to leave at this stage of the season but Lille have been open to offers in the past.
Gabriel – An Excellent Centre Half
The young Brazilian has excelled under Christophe Galtier. The centre back has proven he has the qualities to perform on bigger and better stages. He has formed a good partnership with the experienced Jose Fonte. Lille would be reluctant to let him leave at this stage of the season. A centre half with plenty of potential as Real Madrid look to source an excellent long-term replacement for Sergio Ramos. Real Madrid already has quality centre-halves in Raphael Varane and Eder Militao and certainly, Gabriel would be another quality addition to an excellent defence.
Boubakary Soumare – The Diamond in The Lille Team
The young Frenchman is getting better and better. His dynamic play, reading of the game and athleticism is attracting huge interest across Europe. He is the diamond in the Lille side and certainly, they will command a huge fee for a player destined for greatness. Soumare has excelled in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season and its no wonder Real Madrid are interested. He would certainly add something different to the Madrid midfield. He is a similar mould to Casemiro but, he a brilliant eye for a pass and is regularly seen attempting to get into the box. He is the type of midfielder who could excel at Real Madrid and under Zinedine Zidane.
Lille would be hugely reluctant to let them all leave during the transfer window. Players who are integral parts of their team who will be extremely difficult to replace. However, should the offers come in, Lille may find it hard to resist the money on offer from Los Blancos.
