Victor Lindelof – Manchester United Career So Far

Lindelof arrived at Old Trafford in the summer of 2017, initially signing a four-year contract. During his first season with the club he made 22 appearances in all competitions.

The 25-year-old began to establish himself into the first team in the 2018/19 season. Last season he made 37 appearances in all competitions. Furthermore, he registered his first goal for United midway through the season, during a 2-2 draw with Burnley.

The new contract offers the chance for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to develop a partnership between Lindelof and summer signing Harry Maguire. The pair have featured in every minute United have played so far this season. As a result, they will both be looking to grow a partnership that will help them contend at the top of the table.
