Bowen Interest Gathers Pace

Interest in the Championship’s December Player of the Month is gathering pace. Hull City’s star winger, Jarrod Bowen, is reportedly a target of Tottenham, Leicester and Everton, amongst others. Tottenham had Bowen watched at the weekend and are believed to be considering a bid. However, Hull have recently given clubs a hands-off warning.

This warming may mean little to those interested. Spurs are keen to bolster their squad if possible and a young potential star fits the bill. Hull would want at least £18 million for their 22-year-old who has scored 13 goals so far this season. Scouts from other clubs, including Leicester City, have also watched Bowen. Therefore, a battle could be on. Can Hull hang on to their star player?

Interest Hots up for Adams

Recent reports are suggesting that up to 12 Premier Clubs had Birmingham hot-shot Che Adams watched last weekend. Birmingham are currently chasing a play-off position and would not want to lose their top scorer. Adams currently has 13 goals to his name this season, with ten in the last 15 games.

Wolves, Burnley, Fulham and Leicester are among those monitoring the in-form striker. With many Premier League clubs looking for a new striker, a fierce battle could happen this month. Adams has three-and-a-half-years left on his current contract. Should Birmingham decide to sell, it gives them a strong starting position over the fee.

Premier League Rivals to Battle for Clarke

Arsenal are reportedly the latest club to declare an interest in Leeds United’s youngster, Jack Clarke. The Gunners are also believed to be preparing a formal offer for the winger. Leeds are hoping to tie the 18-year-old down to a new long-term contract. However, with talks yet to begin, clubs have been alerted.

Due to the teenager’s rave reviews, a number of clubs have been linked, including Tottenham and Manchester City. Leeds would not want to lose their prize asset this month as they battle for promotion. However, with some very big clubs circling, they could have another battle to deal with.

Boro Keen on Fulham Midfielder

Fulham are set to allow out-of-favour midfielder Kevin McDonald leave this month on loan. The Scottish international was an integral part of Fulham’s promotion team. His time on the pitch since Claudio Ranieri became manager has been restricted to just eight minutes.

Championship side Middlesbrough are reportedly interested in talking the 30-year-old on loan with a view to a permanent deal. Boro are currently in the play-off places and are keen to boost their squad and chances. Boss Tony Pulis believes that the experienced McDonald could be just the player they need.
