TNA Rebellion 2026 was a good but complex PLE. The announced return of EC3 turned into a teasing, more than a match. Tasha Steelz’s genius led Mustafa Ali straight to the TNA International Championship. Behind every man, there’s a great woman: absolutely true. The Hardys lost the TNA World Tag Team Championship to the System. The Righteous have gone too deep into their souls.
As TNA Wrestling announced its full 2026 schedule of live events and PLEs, we know the last PLE stop will be TNA Slammiversary on Sunday, June 28. Thursday Night iMPACT will be live on May 14, but the rest of the episodes will be taped ones. The show is now reuniting 250K people every week on AMC, so let’s get it on this way.
Last night on NXT Revenge Week One, there was no content related to TNA Wrestling. Then, NXT’s Arianna Grace has been the TNA Knockouts Champion since TNA No Surrender. As long as an NXT star holds a TNA title, taking a look at what happened on NXT will be useful.
Crossing the lines also means crossing the reviews. NXT may be a WWE show; observing what happens on Tuesday nights has become essential to understanding what may happen on Thursday nights. That’s never been truer, and it keeps getting bigger. Let’s Nygma-dive into it.

Thursday Night iMPACT Preview (4/16/26) – The Stakes at TNA Wrestling
This week on Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC, tensions boil over as EC3 collides with Eric Young, while former allies KC Navarro and AJ Francis go to war in a bitter grudge match fueled by betrayal. The action continues as Tasha Steelz takes on Jada Stone.
EC3 makes his long-awaited return to TNA after nine years to face Eric Young in a clash of two intense, unrelenting forces. With pride, legacy, and dominance on the line, this showdown promises to be as brutal as it is personal.
KC Navarro goes head-to-head with AJ Francis in a deeply personal grudge match after being cast out and replaced from FIR$T CLA$$. Betrayal fuels Navarro’s quest for payback, while Francis looks to prove he made the right call.
TNA World Champion Mike Santana takes center stage following his match against Eddie Edwards for the TNA World Championship at TNA Rebellion.
THURSDAY at 9/8c on @AMC_TV, @AMCPlus and TNA+, and 8pm ET on @Sportsnet 360.

Tensions continue to rise as Tasha Steelz steps into the ring against the determined Jada Stone. With pride on the line, both competitors aim to make their mark in the Knockouts division.
After the chaos at TNA Rebellion 2026, Alisha Edwards’ true colors were revealed. The System stands united, and now they’re ready to address what comes next.
Chaos deepens in The Undead Realm as Rosemary’s quest to resurrect Allie reaches a chilling new chapter.
Thursday Night iMPACT Preview (4/16/26) – The Nygma’s View
With 3 matches and 3 segments, this episode is a fallout one. Some matches I was expecting to see at TNA Rebellion will happen this week, but I think this episode will only be a part of the Fallout. More will come next week as the PLE was full of surprises, betrayals, and title changes.
He didn’t just get kicked out, he got replaced.
Now he’s back for payback. KC Navarro steps back in the ring against AJ Francis this Thursday on #TNAiMPACT. Watch on AMC and stream live on AMC+. pic.twitter.com/QnZDtAzMxU

The Matches
EC3 is back to TNA Wrestling after 9 years (for the record, he competed against Moose at Bound for Glory 2020, so five years). Eric Young was the one to welcome the Top 1% at Rebellion. The biggest TNA fans will say they saw that before, and they are right, as EC3 and EY faced each other many times in 2014. Then, 12 years later, both had their ups and downs, their crusades, their injuries…
Well, they are 12 years older. When Eric Young became TNA’s “gatekeeper,” EC3 explored and controlled his narrative. Nygma says: Eric Young doesn’t need to win; he just needs to cleanse TNA from EC3. So, for a first match back, Carter the third will spend a very, very bad moment.
Jada Stone faces Order’s 4 Tasha Steelz. Last week, Steelz attacked Stone after defeating Dani Luna. I was expecting that match to happen at TNA Rebellion, and no. Jada Stone has been on a good ride, with wins and impressive matches. Then, Tasha Steelz is Order 4’s “mastermind.” Nygma says: If Order 4 is by Steelz’s side, Stone has zero chances to win.
KC Navarro made his return at TNA Rebellion, turning his back on his former First Class partner, AJ Francis. The match was set almost immediately, and for good reasons. Because KC Navarro helped Nic Nemeth to defeat AJ Francis, Nemeth owes him one. Nygma says: Navarro would make a glorious return to the iMPACT Zone with a win and Nemeth’s help. Francis would have to zip it.
The Undead Realm has become a very crowded place as @WeAreRosemary continues her quest to resurrect Allie. Don't miss the next chapter in the Undead Realm THURSDAY at 9/8c on @AMC_TV, @AMCPlus and TNA+, and 8pm ET on @Sportsnet 360. #TNAiMPACT pic.twitter.com/xWjMkFTS11

The Segments
We continue to explore the Undead Realm as Rosemary desperately tries to resurrect our favorite Bunny, Allie. Greed, Envy, and Wrath led the Demon Assassin to follow a White Rabbit in the Johnny Swinger’s Palace, the Raven’s den, and the Undead Realm. She found Father James Mitchell, Crazzy Steve, and The Monster Abyss back. She also led Mara Sadè and the Diamond Collective there. Nygma says: I just want Allie back…
The System has some things to say. Of course, Alisha Edwards was lying. Of course, the plan was clear since Day One: let Moose think he found an ally. Then, Cedric Alexander and Eddie Edwards could also talk about their losses at TNA Rebellion. Bear Bronson and Brian Myers now have the Tag Team titles around their waist. Nygma says: Whatever one of the others says, it will end up a brawl.
Mike Santana will be in the iMPACT Zone. No clue if it will be for a match or to talk about the mess he found himself trapped in at TNA Rebellion. For sure, he owes one to Moose, but does it mean Santana will give him a title chance that fast? Daria Rae is pretty unpredictable, so we’ll see. Nygma says: Mike Santana and Moose are 2 great men. Period.
I’ll see you on Friday with all the results and the review. I’ll see you tomorrow, too, as the April 15 TNA taping results will be available. As I have already said many times, 2026 is a loaded year for TNA Wrestling. Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC era is nothing but Nygma. How else could it be? Till then, may the Nygma be with you.
