TNA Thursday Night iMPACT Preview (2/19/26) – The First-Ever Guitar Case Casket Match

On the path to TNA Rebellion, TNA No Surrender offered intense action and surprising results. Trey Miguel became the new TNA International Champion. Steve Maclin attacked TNA World Champion Mike Santana. Leon Slater finally returned and made clear he had Option C in mind.

Last night on NXT, nothing related to TNA Wrestling happened. Then, NXT’s Arianna Grace became the new TNA Knockouts Champion at TNA No Surrender. As long as an NXT star holds a TNA title, taking a look at what happened on NXT will be useful.

Crossing the lines also means crossing the reviews. NXT may be a WWE show; taking a look at what happens on Tuesday nights has become essential to understanding what may happen on Thursday nights. That’s never been truer, and it keeps on being bigger and bigger. Let’s Nygma-dive into it.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT Preview (2/19/26) – The Stakes at TNA Wrestling

Fresh off No Surrender, Rich Swann prepares to give BDE the Swanny Tutorial as the two unite to take on Sinner & Saint in a high-energy tag team showdown.

In the most anticipated match of the night, Elijah and Mustafa Ali face off in the first-ever Guitar Case Casket Match. These two have battled back and forth for months. Elijah had guitars smashed across his back. Mustafa Ali has been dragged out of the arena on horseback. With tensions at their peak, who closes the night sealed inside the casket?

At No Surrender, Jody Threat won the Knockouts Battle Royal to secure a future TNA Knockouts World Championship opportunity. Tessa Blanchard insists that in a one-on-one match, she will flatten Threat, but Threat stands ready to prove her wrong.

At No Surrender, Trey Miguel took down NXT Stacks to capture the TNA International Champion Title. Now the rivalry reignites as Stacks steps back into the ring one-on-one, determined to reclaim the TNA International Title in a heated rematch against Miguel.

We’ll get to hear from Elayna Black. Also, in the aftermath of the chaos at No Surrender, TNA World Champion Mike Santana steps forward.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT Preview (2/19/26) – The Nygma’s View

With four matches and two segments, this episode is a true fallout from TNA No Surrender. Until TNA Sacrifice on March 27, and TNA Rebellion on April 11,  TNA Wrestling can take the time to build some rock-solid cards for the PLEs.

Elayna Black has some things to say. She took part in the Knockouts Battle Royal at TNA No Surrender, but Mara Sadè superkicked her out of the match. Nygma says: I may say 2 + 2 = 5, when it comes to Black and Sadè, 2 + 2 = 4. That means storyline in the making.

Trey Miguel is the new TNA International Champion, but Stacks was already granted a rematch. This rematch can only be better than the TNA No Surrender match. The “Power Couple,” Stacks and Arianna Grace, was awful. They cheated, she interfered, but Stacks lost the title. Nygma says: Trey Miguel left TNA Wrestling, was fired, came back, and became Champion. There’s no chance for him to let the title down so quickly.

Jody Threat defeated 10 other Knockouts in the Knockouts Battle Royal at TNA No Surrender. Tessa Blanchard thought she was eliminated, and so was the winner. The Wild Child was never eliminated. Blanchard bickered with Threat, so a match was made. Nygma says: With Dani Luna back, Mila Moore and Victoria Crawford on Blanchard’s side, there will be a disqualification.

An unusual Casket match

The first- ever Guitar Case Casket match will seal the end of the Elijah- Mustafa Ali feud. I said many times I wanted a spectacular match to end this storyline, involving horses and guitars. TNA Wrestling made me a happy Nygma. Of course, Ali could count on Order 4, but Elijah could attack where it hurts. Nygma says, I am like a child waiting for Santa on Christmas night. That match will be awesome.

BDE and Rich Swann created a bond after BDE lost to Eric Young at TNA No Surrender. If BDE refused to follow EY, teaming up with Swann against Sinner & Saint is all good. Judas Icarus and Travis Williams were impressive in the Countdown to TNA No Surrender. Nygma says, This kind of match is the perfect show opener. Nervous, high-flying style, well, all I love.

Mike Santana has some things to tell us. TNA’s Human Target has a lot to deal with: Nic Nemeth and his Cup, Eddie Edwards and his briefcase, Steve Maclin and his wrath, Leon Slater and his Option C. Not to forget Frankie Kazarian. Nygma says, I could say to Mike Santana, you’d better run fast, but I believe in the Relentless Boricua who is my Champion.

I’ll see you on Friday with all the results and the review. As I have already said many times, 2026 is a loaded year for TNA Wrestling. Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC era is nothing but Nygma. How else could it be? Till then, may the Nygma be with you.
