Major Title Change at TNA No Surrender

Trey Miguel brought the TNA International title back to TNA Wrestling when he defeated Stacks at TNA No Surrender. The former 2-time X-Division Champion and World Tag Team Champion adds a new jewel to his crown. A few weeks ago, Miguel was leaving TNA Wrestling to go to AEW. He was fired before even starting. Miguel is now back with TNA Wrestling, where his family has always been.

Miguel immediately kicked things off and rained punches onto Stacks. Stacks hid behind Arianna Grace. The former Rascalz connected with two back-to-back Dropkicks. Miguel dove through the ropes, but Stacks avoided. Stacks sent Miguel face-first into the edge of the stage before rolling him back into the ring. Stacks tied up Miguel in the apron, which allowed Arianna Grace to interfere.

Miguel was sent spine-first into the turnbuckle. He fired back, then landed multiple punches until Stacks flattened Miguel in the center of the ring. Stacks went for a pin attempt, but Miguel kicked out. The Champion kept the pressure on, locking Miguel in a Chokehold. Stacks landed a Legdrop and followed with a pin attempt for a count of two.

Power Couple?

Miguel created some space and connected a German Suplex onto Stacks. He continued the momentum with a Dropkick to the face of Stacks. Miguel lit up Stacks into a Double Stomp right to the back of Stacks. Stacks connected with a Twisting Neckbreaker after they both toppled from the top rope. Miguel ate a knee to the face and was hoisted up onto Stacks’ shoulders. He then flattened Stacks face-first into the canvas.

Stacks connected with a kick to the face of Miguel, who was caught between the ropes. He followed up with a Dropkick to his neck. Arianna Grace interfered, slapping Miguel. The referee sent her backstage. Miguel connected a DDT outside of the ring and rolled him back into the ring. He comboed a Dropkick, into a Lightning Spiral to secure the pinfall. Stacks suffered from the wrath of Grace backstage.
