The last WWE Raw before WWE SummerSlam screeches into Motor City, Detroit, for a final stop before WWE arrives in New Jersey for its massive summer show.

WWE SummerSlam Bragging Rights on WWE Raw Tonight
Both CM Punk and Gunther will appear on WWE Raw ahead of their World Heavyweight Championship match at WWE SummerSlam. Punk will look for bragging rights ahead of trying to win his first WWE title in more than a decade.
Gunther will want to continue to grow the confidence gained by retiring Goldberg as he looks to become the longest-reigning World Heavyweight Champion since its latest inception at WWE SummerSlam.
Talking of bragging rights, Jey Uso and Bronson Reed will look to claim just that ahead of competing in the massive tag team contest this weekend. Roman Reigns will be in the building to back up his cousin and fend off any potential (guaranteed) interference from Reed’s partner, Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman.
Reigns and Uso stood tall last week. But will it be same on the last WWE Raw before SummerSlam?
Women On WWE Raw
Chelsea Green, Piper Niven and Alba Fyre destroyed an enjoyable bout between Stephanie Vaquer and IYO SKY last week. This week, the trio will be joined by Women’s World Champion Naomi as they take on those two and Nikki Bella and Rhea Ripley.
Ripley, SKY and Naomi meet for the title at SummerSlam, so they will all want the decisive pin. Bella will be hoping for a bit more screen time than she ended with in Happy Gilmore 2.
Bella had many of her scenes axed from Adam Sandler’s latest Netflix movie. Becky Lynch played a large role in that movie and will be looking to gain the final advantage over Lyra Valkyria on WWE Raw ahead of their WWE SummerSlam match for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
The World Tag Team Championship is not on the line at WWE SummerSlam. Instead, Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh take on the LWO for the championship on this week’s WWE Raw.
