The April 1 edition of WWE NXT saw major strides being made for the Stand & Deliver event. A major NXT Championship match was confirmed for the event, with Oba Femi set to defend his gold.
Here is all you need to know.
NXT Championship Match Confirmed for Stand & Deliver
For weeks now, Oba Femi, Trick Williams, and Je’Von Evans have been in each other’s crosshairs. This is mainly surrounding Femi’s NXT Championship, which Williams would like to reclaim and Evans would like to have his first run with.
It was confirmed on the April 1 NXT that Femi will defend his NXT Championship against both Williams and Evans in a triple threat match at Stand & Deliver. That event is NXT’s offering to the action-packed WrestleMania 41 weekend.
Femi is no stranger to triple threat matches, and he has shown that he thrives in such positions. As of April 1, Femi is 83 days into his reign as the NXT Champion.
