Major WWE Title To Be Defended On 3/18 NXT

WWE NXT Roadblock was a loaded show, and it set up the March 18 edition of NXT in a major way. One of the WWE main roster’s championships will be defended on that show.

Chelsea Green Defends WWE Women’s US Championship On NXT

Chelsea Green is the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion, and she is approaching 100 days as champion. On the March 18 NXT, Green will put her title on the line against one of the brand’s upcoming Superstars. This could threaten Green’s reign.

Green’s challenger will be Sol Ruca, who has recently found herself up against Green. The two met in tag team action, with Green having Piper Niven and Ruca having Zaria. Now, the two have a singles match, and the WWE Women’s United States Championship is on the line.

Ruca is yet to hold a WWE title and, if she is able to pull this off, this would be quite the first piece of gold to claim for herself. Green has proven herself to be crafty in retaining the gold, and it can be expected that she will have a trick or two up her sleeve.
