First Up
After tearing down the foundation and rebuilding it in his image, Claudio Castagnoli finally achieved his dream and captured the ROH World Championship at Death Before Dishonor. This has been a long-time coming for a man who’s worked tirelessly over the past 20 years. However, reaching the mountain’s summit has its downsides, as everybody guns for you every step of the way. Sure enough, one of DDT Pro-Wrestling’s best is looking to cut the party short as Konosuke Takeshita challenges Claudio Castagnoli for his ROH World Title.
Takeshita has been absolutely phenomenal over the past few months, taking both Eddie Kingston and Interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley to their absolute limit. While Castagnoli might be a wrestling cyborg, Takeshita is simply relentless. The kid is good, and he will be tested as he looks to capture gold this Saturday night on Battle of the Belts. Will Claudio Castagnoli hold on to his title? Or will Takeshita play spoiler and take the gold for himself?
A Moment in the Sun
Team D.M.D. captured a huge win over #ThunderStorm during #AEWDynamite. #AEW Women’s World Champion @thunderrosa22 will look to avenge the loss when she puts her title on the line against @jmehytr at #AEWBattleOfTheBelts III THIS SATURDAY at 8pm ET/7pm CT & 8pm PT on TNT! pic.twitter.com/9DTQuigpa2

After serving as an insurance policy for Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., “The Assassin” Jamie Hayter finally has an opportunity to be the champion. This Saturday night, she challenges Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women’s World Championship. Hayter has been an excellent competitor and a force to be reckoned with in her time in AEW. However, every wrestler that steps through those ropes has one thing in mind; winning the top prize.
Fortunately for Hayter, she is at the top of her game and is primed and ready to take over as the queen of the AEW Women’s Division. That being said, it will not be an easy feat to accomplish. Standing across from her is one of the most dominant forces in all of wrestling Thunder Rosa. “La Mera Mera” has fought tooth and nail to keep the title. The champion has beaten the likes of Miyu Yamashita, Serena Deeb, and Nyla Rose, among others.
This will definitely be a fight for the ages, it’s Rosa vs. Hayter for all the marbles! See who comes away victorious this Saturday night at Battle of the Belts live only on TNT!
